THE USE OF SPACE STRUCTURE VISUAL AID MODEL TO IMPROVE LEARNING PROCESS QUALITY AND STUDENT’S LEARNINF ACHIEVEMENT IN SPACE STRUCTURE CHARECTERISTIC OF MATHEMATIC TOWARD GRADE V SEDAYU 4 STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MUNTILAN SUB-DISTRICT

The research is aimed to improve the quality of grade V Sedayu 4 State Elementary School learning process through the use of visual aid in space mathematic learning model and improve student’s learning achievement of grade V Sedayu 4 State Elementary School in mathematic learning through visual aid.
The research takes place in Sedayu 4 State Elementary School, Muntilan Sub-district, Mageleng Regency. The research subject is grade V of 31 students. The research is implemented on two months; February to march 2016. The Classroom Action Research is implemented through cycle’s assessment with 4 stages; planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection.
The research outcomes shows that in pre-cycle’s average score got in grade V is just 60,00. Then, after the upgrading through visual aid, the score become 71,77 or 17 students already reach the KKM. Then, in cycle II become 80,32 with the completeness percentage of 80,56%. In short, can be concluded that the use of visual aid in space structure of mathematic are able to improve student’s learning and learning achievement quality toward grade V Sedayu 4 State Elementary School, Muntilan Sub-district, Magelang regency in Mathematic learning.
